WINTER NETS HAVE BEGUN

Club Cricket Nets will be held on Friday evenings from 7pm to 9pm, commencing Friday 9 January. Nets will be held at Choice Cricket Centre, Redbourn. Cost is Ł3 per head.

If you need transport please speak to the team captains and we will try to arrange some way of getting you there. The minibus is available to transport a limited number of players from the club, but you must book a place on it.

2009 FIXTURES PUBLISHED

The first matches of the 2009 league season take place on Saturday 2 May:

1st XI Away vs Botany Bay
2nd XI Home vs Kings Langley III
3rd XI Home vs Leverstock Green IV

The 2nd XI have no league fixture on Saturday 13 June.

LEADING LEAGUE AVERAGES PUBLISHED

The league has now published the leading league averages for the 2008 season.

Congratulations to Gareth Thomason, Steve Long, Imran Haider, Craig Cobb, Tony Nightingale, Greg Keene, Craig Gumsley, Rob Stevenson, Mick How and Vikas Verma, all of whom were amongst the leagues leading performers.
